Within past week I have contacted this dealership 3 times but to no avail. I have spoken to a person personally, responded to a marketing email in response to.my request for information and yesterday chatte but to no avail. I have spoken to a person personally, responded to a marketing email in response to.my request for information and yesterday chatted with a live person online , who promised me that they will reach out to their team and get back to me. For the record , I have been in the market for a vehicle for almost 6 months . Before this was Honolulu Volkeswagen. What I discovered is that they don't want to sell vehicles because they don't want to m make a reasonable deal. And what i attribute this to is that the sales people in this town are immature , untrained , unprofessional individuals who just want to drag you in to the dealership and waste your time and give you a headache. The vehicle in this case is a brand new 2023 model. 2025 model year is right around the corner. But they would not answer a simple question via email because they think all car buyers are fool's that would be trapped in their nefarious ways of doing business. I have news for you. If this vehicle didn't sell for 2 years , it ain't selling . How dumb do you have to be to realize that and try to make a deal or just respond to a prospective serious customer? I guess greed blinds all these immature and unprofessional sales people and obviously with the blessings of equally worse management. More
