After looking at several other dealerships in Ohio, my wife and I visited Lima Auto Mall. Gerry 'K-Car' made us feel very relaxed and at ease (maybe since he was from my generation). Thanks to everyone at the Lima Auto Mall for a great experience! Buying or leasing a car isn't something that I would normally look forward to because of the reputation a lot of car dealers have. But my experience with the Lima Auto Mall was anything but sterotypical. It left me 100% completely satisfied. I dealt with Matt Kondik (who I would highly recommend speaking with if you're planning a purchase). Matt helped me find the perfect car for my needs and my budget and made the buying process very easy. Most of it was done over the phone and online so that when I actually showed up to the dealership, there was little to be done except shake hands and drive away in my new car! I live nearly 2 hours away from this dealership, but will absolutely return for my next vehicle purchase thanks to the great buying experience I had. Definitely two thumbs up. More

We looked at silverodos and colorados. We liked the carindal red metalic colorado, took it for a drive and then talked price. We bought the colorado. I have bought two trailblazers and two small trucks from Lima Auto Mall and the only thing I would suggest is that the dealerships try to give better deals to customers that keep coming back. Also I would check out financing better , we were told most likely the interest rate would be 3.99 and it can back at 7.99, not real happy with that. Overall we are both happy with our new truck so maybe when we come back for our fifth truck or car we will get a greater deal price and better interest rate. I had talked with Ryan over the phone several times before I came into the dealership. Ryan worked very hard to get me the information I was asking for and responded to me quickly with all the details. before I came into the dealership. The day I came into the dealership Ryan greeted me at the door with a smile. He had the vehicles ready for me that he knew I was interested in. While test driving the cars, Ryan made sure to go over every detail of the cars and explain exactly how everything works. Once I decided on a car, he worked his hardest to get me the best price on my trade-in and on the vehicle I was purchasing. When it came to do the wire Ryan knew I wasn't satisfied with the final price. He went in one last time to see what he could do to work out a deal that I was satisfied with. Ryan went above and beyond to achieve great customer service. He is everything you want in a salesman. He treats you as he would want to be treated if it was him there buying a car. Upon returning to the office, Gerry filed all of the necessary paperwork, arranged to have a spray-on bed liner installed, and set up my OnStar account. Three days later, my wife and I simply stopped by the dealership to finalize the sale with Bud in the finance department and drove away in my new truck.
