I was not happy because my sales rep John I. was not informed of what was needed to be done to my F-250. John always verifies the need for any additional service/repair needing to be done. I have worked with John for the past 25 years and is knowledgeable of my concerns and price ranges. In the future I request John be notified and I request he contact me regarding any additional services/repairs needing to be done. More
They were very good. I pulled in to get my service done that I had scheduled. They took my car back when my car was being serviced. They came out to let me know that the tires would be changing the next time around that they were getting low and that my brakes and rotors were in the red and they should really be changed. They did give me a price as to how much everything would cost for the brakes and the rotors and I told him my husband would do them and there was absolutely no pressure. They also gave me a quote for tires for the next time around, there was not too long of a wait and everything went very well More

I am a long time customer of this dealership until recently everything was fine. Wanted to purchase a new bronco and was told that it was going to cost me $25-$30,000 over list price which is totally recently everything was fine. Wanted to purchase a new bronco and was told that it was going to cost me $25-$30,000 over list price which is totally unacceptable. Will not buy any more vehicles from this dealership? More
