Very inefficient. It took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to approach the service desk after an hour and a half and they told me it was normal to ta It took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to approach the service desk after an hour and a half and they told me it was normal to take an hour and a half for the service, however it took an additional half hour to complete the service. 2 hours is much to long for an oil change and tire rotation. I received no updates while my vehicle was being serviced. More

I took my truck in to have the light plug fixed in the back and it wasn't done and they charged me a $190 I'm. Not Happy back and it wasn't done and they charged me a $190 I'm. Not Happy More
