Was told there were FREE OIL CHANGES WHEN I BOUGHT MY TRUCK. GUESS NOT, THAT MUCH MONEY FOR truck and have to drive 40 miles oneway to pay for the FIRST oil change. Needed oil change and a recall. Several mechanics were out sick, so I told them just to do the oil change. They were very apologetic, told them not to worry. I recently took my car for an oil change and transmission flush and I had to buy lug nuts which I wasn’t happy about . Manager had given me 10$ off the 110.00 lug nuts but they should of been covered as a re flush and I had to buy lug nuts which I wasn’t happy about . Manager had given me 10$ off the 110.00 lug nuts but they should of been covered as a recall by Ford company because of the danger the bad lug nuts cause !!! Not happy with Ford company in general but Lilliston Ford has been good with my car except the last time the whole underneath was dragging after I took it home and had to drive back and waste of gas getting the clips replaced and fixed . Again they were accommodating but my bill ended up 840.00 and I wasn’t planning on spending it but all in all I love my 2014 Ford Escape titanium More
