I was not happy because my sales rep John I. was not informed of what was needed to be done to my F-250. John always verifies the need for any additional service/repair needing to be done. They were very good. I pulled in to get my service done that I had scheduled. They took my car back when my car was being serviced. They came out to let me know that the tires would be changing the next time around that they were getting low and that my brakes and rotors were in the red and they should really be changed. They did give me a price as to how much everything would cost for the brakes and the rotors and I told him my husband would do them and there was absolutely no pressure. They also gave me a quote for tires for the next time around, there was not too long of a wait and everything went very well More

Worst experience for my son who was a first time car buyer. Completely unprofessional! My son special ordered his truck in the summer of 2022 for 2023 and right after it arrived at the dealership in Dec buyer. Completely unprofessional! My son special ordered his truck in the summer of 2022 for 2023 and right after it arrived at the dealership in December after waiting 6 months, they sold it right from under him! Lilliston can not be trusted or respected! We will never step foot on this property again! Would never refer to anyone! We reordered with another dealer and can not believe the difference and pleasure it has been! Long story short, go elsewhere!!!!!!! More
I recently purchased a 2000Ford F-150 Harley Davidson Edition pick-up from Lilliston. The salesperson Mr. Joe Romano was very easy to work with. I thought the vehicle was priced a little high but the mil Edition pick-up from Lilliston. The salesperson Mr. Joe Romano was very easy to work with. I thought the vehicle was priced a little high but the mileage was very low. I bought the truck as is which was fine as it is 23 years old. I was told that they (the dealer) inspects any vehicle that they put on the lot for sale. Herein is my issue. 2 weeks after my purchase I had to put upper and lower ball joints on the vehicle and shock absorbers all the way around. While I anticipated having to maybe fix a couple of things in an older vehicle, I can't see how if it was inspected you could miss ball joints and shock absorbers. I also had to replace the battery. I totally understand the buyer beware unwritten clause that applies to a vehicle bought "as is" and I accept that. It just upsets me that the issues with the vehicle could have and should have been brought to my attention as I would have probably purchased the vehicle anyway. I feel as though I was deceived and for that reason I probably will not purchase another vehicle or recommend someone to purchase one either. More

I am a long time customer of this dealership until recently everything was fine. Wanted to purchase a new bronco and was told that it was going to cost me $25-$30,000 over list price which is totally recently everything was fine.
