Lifted Trucks - Phoenix

I bought a $73K F250 6.7L that was missing a programmer 5 months ago. Either the dealership misplaced it, or the previous owner didn't supply it. I had to buy a replacement controller so I could change the bag pressure/ride. The truck had mismatched tires that were bald and needed replacement. I was told, "The cost has to come from somewhere" by the finance guy. They did replace 3 bald tires and I'm sure I paid for it somewhere in the cost of the truck. The truck has a 6 lift which was installed with the alignment cams installed backwards??? I don't live in in Phoenix, so I had to drive it back there to have it repaired because it was too uncontrollable and flat out dangerous to drive - no compensation. I thought a couple months back they were going to do the right thing a send me replacement programmer, but they didn't. It saves you nothing to buy a truck already built from them with cost of all the replacement items (air controller, programmer, tires, etc.). Save your money and time - go somewhere else! More
