Avoid this Dealership at All Costs I recently brought my Ford Escape in for the works and was happy with the service. I then had brought my car in for a service recall for my side door I recently brought my Ford Escape in for the works and was happy with the service. I then had brought my car in for a service recall for my side door hatch which required taking all my door handles off. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed my driver side unlocking door sensor was not working. I called to set up an appointment for them to fix it. After waiting all day at the dealership, I was informed that my sensor was bad and I had to pay over $600 dollars to get it fixed. I spoke to Ford and a couple other dealerships and was told that I shouldn’t have to pay anything since Liccardi either damaged my sensor or didn’t connect it correctly plus I have full coverage warranty till July 2018. I spoke with Paul (The service manager) and he said he could repair it for me at cost which would be $250 dollars and wanted me to come to the dealership at 10am so he could take a quick look and it would take 15 mins. I took off of work to go to the dealership and when I arrived the receptionist informed Paul that I was there. I waited for an hour until I eventually saw Paul, who ignored me, and reminded him I was there to see him. Apparently, he didn’t remember that we had setup an appointment. I then dealt with Jeremy who was then assisting me. Jeremy, looked in his computer for the warranty part coverage and had trouble locating the part on his computer. He then told me to call him the next day and he would try to find out. I called the following day 2x and left him a voice message with no response back. I then decided to call the general manager Doug and left a voice message with him to give me a call in regards to my service complaint. Of course, I didn’t receive a call back from him as well. I myself am a manager and providing great customer service is the goal on an everyday basis at my job. I truly have to say that Liccardi is the worst. Thank you for damaging my car and I will make sure that all my friends and family members avoid Liccardi at all costs. More
Agreed different price and tried to sell higher later We met the Sales guy Earle James and negotiated on a Mustang and we both agreed at a price and said we would come back the next day. When we went the next day, Earle was quoting a higher price than what he agreed on and we wanted to see his manager, Gino Marfuggi showed up. Gino kept arguing, shouting and later literally yelling over the high price over and over without listening to our side of the conversation. Very rude and arrogant. No value given to the customer and no room for customer service. More

I've also used Liccardi for service to my vans and the technicians are really good, and the customer service with the manager, Paul, was great as well. Its very hard to find a good consistent place to go for service and oil changes, so I am glad I have found Liccardi. More

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Bought a used vehicle that I was told was in excellent condition. Started the car on the lot after the sale, all the warning lights went on. I was told "Not to worry. This is a simple electrical fix. We will do it on Saturday". That was 4 months, 528 miles round trip for 6 service appointments and nothing has changed. Warning lights just come on and off making me feel unsafe in the car. I was told on six occasions that my car would be fixed and that a courtesy check had been done. Aside from resetting the computer and addressing a recall, not another thing that was said was done. It was almost comical to hear how Rob, Scott and Doug responded to my phone calls/questions before they could get their stories straight. I am amazed by the lack of honesty but perhaps shouldn’t be after reading the prior complaints and court decisions against the dealership on the Consumer Complaints website. I only wish I knew this before stepping into the showroom to spend my hard earned money. I was totally taken advantage of and lied to. Liccardi refused my repeated requests to buy back the car since they cannot seem to fix it. All I have ever been offered is another service appointment. I think 6 is more than enough. I am still waiting for them to do the right thing and take the car back. I obviously cannot sell it in this condition as unlike them, have a conscience. More
