After having a very bad experience at several other dealers. I was about to give up and stay with the car I had when I saw a ad on Liccardi Motors for a Chrysler 200 and decided to go in. The places I had gone prior had sent me a letter telling me that they needed my car for a customer and they would give me a $10,000 trade in. This was an outright lie and I left these places very angry. I went in to Liccardi thinking I would probably get the same run around. Upon entering I noticed a difference, they were cordial but let us look around and told us to let them know if we had any questions. When we were ready we were lucky to get a salesman named Jake, he was knowledgeable, competent and told us everything we needed to know. The sales manager Jim was available to assist throughout the process. We then met the financial manager Nick who could not have been nicer. We also met the General Manager Jeff and his son Michael, it is so nice to see a family run business. Then you have to read the previous ones and which just confuses you even further. Let me save you some time. Each experience is different and for this one I should state that I came in there knowing I wanted a new car and I had a price in my head already. Believe me when I tell you that these guys pulled everything out of their hat to get me a great price on a great 2013 Dodge Dart and they even suggested the color and the interior color. They worked with me even after hours- AFTER HOURS! If they didn't care about my satisfaction they would not have done that. They waited for me and even made sure my car was cleaned and checked before I got it. Honestly I went in there with a negotiators mindset, not willing to be nice or make friends but these guys completely shocked me. They took care of me, the listened to what I needed, and they made everything so fast that I couldnt believe this was a dealership. I highly recommend Liccardi in Green Brook. I was SO SO Happy with my experience that I had to write this review... which I normally dont do because I hate adding to the confusion. But there is none here, these guys are gonna do what it takes to get you in a nice car that you want for a great price. Scott and the guys- Thank you so much for my Dart. Im in love <3 More

My fiancé and I went to check out a used truck that he had found online. Anthony was our salesman and he was a joy to work with. From the moment I called the dealership to the moment a drove off in my New 2014 Durango I was treated with the utmost of care and professionalism. Never did I feel pressured or pushed into the vehicle. Never did get the old "If I can put you in that car at this price would you buy it right now". Negotiating the price and terms of the deal was handled professionally and without a lot of back and forth games with the finance department. I first called Jim on Friday interested in a white 2014 Durango Limited. They did not have one on the lot and he DID NOT try to sell me on a color or model that I did not want (typical at other dealerships). He said he would try to locate one and get back to me. Within several hours he located the model and color that we were looking for (on Long Island) and had already negotiiated its delivery to their dealership. When it arrived several days later my wife and I went in to see the truck. It was all prepped and ready to go. The service guys were great in answering all our questions and explaining a few things about the truck. Jason Valerio was great in getting all our paperwork together (contacting the insurance company etc.). Max Perez in finance made completing and signing all the paperwork a pleasant experience (if that's possible). Jeff Liccardi and Jim Housel walked me back and introduced me to the service guys (Scott etc) and they walked me through their service program. Bottom line buying a car is worse than going to the dentist....not fun.......Jeff, Jim and their whole team made it a pleasant experience and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and I would buy another car from them as well. He put his each and every efforts to understand what we were looking exactly both vehicle specs and financial things. And He offered us minivan best suiting our requirements under great offer. The background is we went there at 3:30 pm on Dec/31/2013 to buy Dodge caravan ($20,000 approx) but ended up buying Chrysler's Town and Country of about $35,000. Even though we were not prepared to spend that many $$$ he convinced us to buy expensive one with great magic work. The showroom was closing at 5:30pm on that day because of new year special timings. But he and his team stayed until 7:00 pm only for us and delivered the van on spot. Also, he gave us brief induction on the vehicle. At the end of the day, we are very happy with T&C and liked it very much. In a nutshell, I would say that Anthony is a credit to Liccardi Motors. Liccardi Motors is a professional motor dealer providing with great customer service. And I will recommend all our friends, family and relatives to buy cars only from Liccardi Motors.
