I sold my car on May to them for cheap during COVID when the DMVs are closed. To secure the deal, they wanted me to sign a contract first and they will wait for my lien release letter and the title. I follow the instructions on DMV website and sent my lien release letter and forms to Trenton. Haven't heard from the DMV in two months. Then it happened. I get a call from Liccardi, the men on the phone was so rude, arrogant, and aggressive that I remember the exact words he said: "WHERE ARE YOU NOW?" "I NEED YOU TO GO TO DMV NOW!" "I NEED THE TITEL TODAY!". I explained to him I mailed my docs to the DMV. But he's so immersed in his anger and ignored me: "I'VE NEVER HAD SOMEONE TOOK THREE MONTH TO DELIVER THE TITLE!" "I JUST GOT SCREAMED AT BY SOMEONE". Obviously it's extremely unprofessional to complain his manager screamed at him in front of the customer, and I told him screaming at me instead is not going to solve any problem, and suggested him to go scream at DMV. "I"M NOT, YOU WILL KNOW IT WHEN I"M SCREAMING AT YOU" the man said. I have no intention to delay getting my $7300 during COVID19, and I have follow everything they said from day one. I don't know what I did wrong to be treated like this. I've then requested another lien release letter from my bank and sent it overnight to them. I called Liccardi to let them know. Guess what, as soon as the man pick up the phone, "I NEED YOU TO BRING IT TODAY!" I just told him I don't want to talk to him and hang up. They have demonstrated the worst thing people want to do during a pandemic: blaming each other, anger, and negativity. Hope to give you all a hint of what they really thought about us customers. Zero respect, don't even listen. WE ARE ALL TOOLS FOR THEM TO MAKE THEIR MONEY. More
