Traded in a lease that was up. At the time I was weighing my options because of my finances. So the dealership came up with that they would cover my last payment on my lease so I wouldn't have to worry about my options because of my finances. So the dealership came up with that they would cover my last payment on my lease so I wouldn't have to worry about it going forward and get into the new vehicle. Low and behold I received a bill for that last payment from Chrysler Capital. When I reached out to my sales man about it he said he would look into it a week had gone by followed up again. He said you didn't hear from anybody I said no. Another week has gone by and I'm still waiting. The balance is still reflecting on my Chrysler Capital account as the last payment is still due.I had a witness in the room that heard everything and it was explained that the last payment would be taken care of by the dealership. And this has not been so as of yet. At first I was happy with the fact that they were going to help me in that aspect. And I'm very disappointed in the way this transaction is transpiring. More
