For about two weeks I searched high and low for a 2017/2018 Ford Flex, a vehicle I felt fit my needs, and the needs of my son who has Cerebral Palsy. I wanted an SUV, and I felt the Flex was easy fo 2017/2018 Ford Flex, a vehicle I felt fit my needs, and the needs of my son who has Cerebral Palsy. I wanted an SUV, and I felt the Flex was easy for him to get in and out of on his own given its low stance. During that time, I negotiated 3 different cars, with 3 different dealers, all who felt they had a pocket full of gold. I ultimately found a 2018 Flex at Liccardi Chrysler Dodge RAM Mitsubishi. I must say, the sales rep, Angel Esparra, was both welcoming and professional, making for an exceptional experience. The vehicle was priced right, and the dealership even beat the in-hand, great loan rate I walked in with. Angel had the car ready to go when I arrived, took it for a test drive, looked it over, signed and was on my way in record timed. The only part of the whole experience that was more pleasurable was when 2 of the 3 prior dealerships called me back almost a week later to negotiate a better deal on their vehicles. Yeah, that was a fun call! More

If I could give negative stars I would. I had scheduled an appointment to look at a car there at 645pm. The person I was speaking with gave me the impression he was a sales rep, and he told me to ask for h an appointment to look at a car there at 645pm. When I got there they had no idea I was coming in, even though I had emails to prove my confirmation of the appointment. My father and I were then sat in an office where the sales rep said he had to go get the keys. About 10 minutes go by and he comes back and says that he's trying to get ahold of the guy with the keys. 10-15 minutes after that he comes back and said the car had been sold at 1pm. I had driven 45 minutes away for this appointment and they didn't even know their own schedule, and didn't know they had sold the car hours before, enough time to call me to tell me that. Highly disappointed. More
