Despite all the mess ups the dealer never offers a partial refund or complimentary items or truck swap. It’s November 29 almost 2 months later. Torque converter seems to be shot, very bad shifts at low speed clunking, service light on the dash for 2 months Because they were incompetent , whoever is the owner you seriously lost out on a few F250 and 3500HD buys before the year end. Absolute xxxx experience here. I bet they would harass me if I owed them $10 ! More
