SERVICE DEPT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS AND WOMEN I took in my Cruze (which I purchased HERE) for service and was billed $242.60 for labor and $22.40 for seals for an engine oil leak. My car was under I took in my Cruze (which I purchased HERE) for service and was billed $242.60 for labor and $22.40 for seals for an engine oil leak. My car was under warranty at the time. I was charged $257.90 labor to fix the Traction Control Light that stayed on. They couldn't tell me what they did for the cost, only that they fixed it. Oddly No parts were used. I'm a 70 year old women who knows nothing about cars and was not asked if I wanted the oil leaked fixed. I since took the receipt to another and they looked up the repairs in their computer and said it should have been covered under warranty. They CLEARLY like to take ADVANTAGE of SENIORS & WOMEN. I will be filling complaints with the BBB, IL Attorney General for senior abuse. WARNING STAY AWAY! More

Beware of this dealer. Please read. Had an issue with service department and Luke Sullivan. Issue was eventually handled and work was done appropriately. Would advise to use caution and request to see the invoice before work is done and ask questions about shop fees. Seems shady that they don't tell you about them until the end of service and you have to fight. More
