Dennis was awful. Not that I'm surprised, as that is typically the case with him. When I made the appointment online, and asked what service was due, the person I spoke to said it was just an oil change typically the case with him. When I made the appointment online, and asked what service was due, the person I spoke to said it was just an oil change, and nothing else. When I arrived that morning, I only brought an oil change coupon, based on what I was told on the phone. Dennis informed me that other service was recommended, and when I told him that I had a more relevant coupon at home, and why I didn't bring it, he refused to honor it, because I didn't have it with me. As a customer at this location for over a decade, Dennis is the only person that treats me this way, and while I'm sure he makes money for the dealership with these shady practices, as a customer, he is an awful representative for your business. This is not the first time he has treated me this way, and that is exactly why he is the LAST person I want to deal with when I bring my car in for regular service. More
