If I could give zero stars I would. I see lots of people had issues with purchasing, but my issues are with service. TLDR: DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE THE TECHS WILL STEAL PARTS, LEAVE YOUR CAR UNFINISHED AND PUT YOUR LIFE IN DANGER. I am fortunate enough to have a mechanic in my family to has been able to check and catch all of their mistakes… Where do I even start? When we brought it in, he already knew what was wrong. They looked over the car and then sent the info to warranty. We got fixed what the warranty covered and then we’re going to fix the rest. WELL, I get a call that my car is “ready” and there’s more issues with it than when it started. It ran terrible, smoke was coming out of the exhaust, and the man at service wouldn’t tell me that it was safe to drive on the highway since it clearly wasn’t and would make them liable. My uncle had to leave his job to come and safely get the car back to his shop. When we get it back to the shop we see a part that we PAID THEM EXTRA FOR not put on. Coolant in the oil, everything’s a mess. He takes pictures and reached back out for them to fix their mistakes and also requested a new tech on my car. Chevy put the same tech back on my car, diagnosed some different issues and then tried to run it through the warranty again. After weeks and the warranty not covering the issue, we have to pay for something else out of pocket because this new issue. After paying we get in the car and it’s misfiring… an issue it wasn’t having before. We drive it back to the shop again where he has to do another 6 hours of work on. There are parts missing from inside my car that were in it when we dropped it off. The tech specially stole a vacuum hose out of my car (or something like that I don’t know car, hence why my uncle has been involved). Something that didn’t have anything to do with the issues we were having. 6 hours and paying for new parts later it finally drives closer to how it did before. But we’re still not done….. Less than a week later, LESS THAN 200 MILES LATER, my car does the same puff of smoke from the exhaust as it did the first time i picked it up. And is completely out of coolant and it overheated on me 3 TIME ON THE HIGHWAY IN MILWAUKEE… so dangerous. Again, that cloud of smoke means that coolant is in my exhaust/oil, which we told them months ago. I filled it up with coolant again and now my issues are exactly the same as they started with about 6 months again… YES 6 MONTHS… I’ve paid so much money, my uncle has spent so much time and money, this has affect his business as well. They have put my life in danger multiple times saying it was fixed and leaving parts off or incomplete. If it wasn’t for my uncle who knows if I would even be alive to write this review as they kept putting me in this dangerous car. Last but not least, I DID NOT buy my car from this dealership, but they had the audacity to change my license plate cover to one of theirs. So they not only stole parts from my car, but they stole my license plate cover as well. I called and asked to speak with the manager today and was given the service manner, who was my point of contact this whole time. Needless to say, I wasn’t trying to speak with him and no one ever called me back. Based on some other reviews, I think I need to go down and speak with them in person… I am also reaching out to GM once I finish getting all the documentation together from my Uncle. If you read all of this thank you!! AND DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE More

She gave me a tour to the area where my wife’s c8 corvette will be inspected for the first maintenance schedule. She also introduced me to the knowledgeable mechanic that will supervise the entire activity of the car. She helps me get the loaner car immediately without delay. She’s fantastic! She deserves all my praise! I strongly recommend her if you’re new to the place and wanted a harmonious experience then look for her! Of course, I am so thankful for their mechanics Roberto and Ricky for doing a delicate job and carefully handling the maintenance. Roberto also helps me to find the original battery tender at the parts department and that’s so kind of him. Roberto also spent almost half a hour guiding me the ideal handling and settings of the c8 corvette. That’s super! Good job to all! I am expecting next maintenance schedule I will experience the same butter smooth process! More

We have had the Tahoe serviced at Libertyville Chevrolet for multiple rattling issues on 11/30/2022, 1/25/2023, 2/18/2023, 4/10/2023, 5/17/2023, 7/17/2023, and an ongoing (open) ticket beginning 7/26/2023. for multiple rattling issues on 11/30/2022, 1/25/2023, 2/18/2023, 4/10/2023, 5/17/2023, 7/17/2023, and an ongoing (open) ticket beginning 7/26/2023. I’ve never been offered or have received a loaner vehicle for any of these visits. I made an appointment online for 7/26 to look at the continued rattling inside the panels of the left rear (supposedly corrected in an earlier visit), rattling with the right/middle bucket seat (addressed and *repaired on the 11/30/2022 visit), rattling in the front/right near the door and vent, and an oil change. I arrived for my appointment to be told that they do not have enough technicians to address the first two concerns – only the oil change – and that I would need to make another appointment. This alone if frustrating because we adjusted our calendar and some activities to account for being with only one vehicle, only to have to do it once more the following week. Nearly every prior visit resulted in me dropping the truck off and subsequent call later from a Service Advisor saying “the technician could not hear the noise you described”. Since I was already there, I asked if I could take a test drive with one of the technicians, Elvis, since I was there so he could at least confirm the rattling in the panel and bucket seat. We took a short drive and he heard all. We were even able to recreate the front/right noise at their location when the truck was parked. They completed the oil change and I scheduled another appointment on 7/31 to address the other (3) rattles. I dropped the truck off again on 7/31 with Service Advisor, Manny. I explained that Elvis already identified the noises last week. I hoped for a quick turnaround. After not receiving an update, I called and spoke with Manny on 8/7. He said that he needed to speak with the technicians and that he’d call me back tomorrow. He did not. 16 days had passed so I went to speak directly to Manny on 8/15 for an update. NO progress had been made and the technicians were unable to identify any of the (3) rattles. I explained that I already went on a test drive with Elvis who identified them on 7/26. He apologized and asked if I could take ANTOHER test drive with the technician! I refused and waited over an hour to speak with the Service Manager, Andy. Andy apologized for the confusion and lack of communication on his service department’s behalf. He said that he would take a test drive with Elvis that day and get back to me with more information. A week later on 8/22, I finally hear from Manny who said they were putting in some new retainers and added padding to the panels and that it’d be ready soon. I went to pickup the truck on 8/25 having been told that it was ready to go. I didn’t drive more than 100 yards out of the parking lot and ALL of the noises were still easily audible. I turned around and left the truck with Manny again explaining the noises were not fixed. He said that he’d have an update for me soon. Again after not receiving any feedback, I left a voice message with Manny on 9/5. He called back and said that while they do not have a definitive date, that a Field Engineer with GM would be there in 1-2 weeks and would look at it. When I arrived at the dealer, Manny’s timeframe had already increased and he said the engineer would be there in 2-3 weeks. Libertyville Chevrolet had my truck from 7/31 to 9/5. They never offered a rental. They couldn’t fix a single problem. The only information or update that I received came after my repeated calls or visit. Skeptical at the very least, I drove my truck home on 9/5 thinking that I would receive a call about scheduling with the Field Engineer in mid to late September. I finally emailed the Service Manager, Andy, on October 11 and asked for an update with the Field Engineer. He replied and said that he’d find out what was going on with this. Today is October 19. Still, I wait. More
