Libertyville Chevrolet responded

The vehicle in questions required multiple repairs at the customer's request before he would take the car. The amount of the repairs to be completed by our shop exceeded an amount we were willing to pay. The customer never took delivery of the car nor did he place a deposit on the vehicle to hold the car. He signed a contract that was contingent on us making the repairs. Another customer offered to purchase the same vehicle without us repairing any of the items that need to be corrected. He was a mechanic and preferred to complete the work himself. We have reached out to Mr. Sonderman multiple times and are willing to compensate him in the amount of $100.00 for his inconvenience and any out of pocket insurance charges. We are waiting his response.
