We found out from another dealership that it was never certified. Secondly, they will list their prices on line with ALL rebates included, however you can only really apply for a few rebates at most. It is a total bait and switch program. Finally, both times we went in there we went in for a specific car, yet we were ALWAYS pushed to a car we didnt want. Both experiences have left a horrible taste, I would not use them, look for other dealerships in the area to purchase your car. More

I inquired about an Equinox and first received a call from Briana the internet manager. She was very polite and answer all of my questions promptly. She was very quick to respond to my requests and questions. I was set up for a VIP appointment and upon coming into the dealership was greeted by a salesman, Omar. Again, very polite and efficient. He helped me find the right vehicle that had the options I need, but also kept in my budget. I was very comfortable with Omar and for the first time out of the 8 cars i've purchased over the years, did not feel like my salesman was trying to get one over on me. I will continue to shop with Libertyville Chevrolet, Briana, and Omar for my next vehicles and will recommend my daughter shops with them when she is in the market later this year!! More

Great Experience I have purchase cars from this facility since it was Bernard Chevy and Keith Gunning has been my salesman just about the whole time . I wont go anywhe I have purchase cars from this facility since it was Bernard Chevy and Keith Gunning has been my salesman just about the whole time . I wont go anywhere else he's taking care of me and my whole family and some friends. Actually my son who was like 3 when we met Keith is now 18 and purchased a Cruz from Keith at the end of last year. I also felt very little pressure there in fact there managers were really friendly and surprisingly funny. I'll continue to go back and send friends there. There service department is even stellar.
