Very customer service oriented I had a great experience at Libertyville Chevrolet and will recommend them to friends and family in the market. I inquired about an Equinox and first I had a great experience at Libertyville Chevrolet and will recommend them to friends and family in the market. I inquired about an Equinox and first received a call from Briana the internet manager. She was very polite and answer all of my questions promptly. She was very quick to respond to my requests and questions. I was set up for a VIP appointment and upon coming into the dealership was greeted by a salesman, Omar. Again, very polite and efficient. He helped me find the right vehicle that had the options I need, but also kept in my budget. I was very comfortable with Omar and for the first time out of the 8 cars i've purchased over the years, did not feel like my salesman was trying to get one over on me. I will continue to shop with Libertyville Chevrolet, Briana, and Omar for my next vehicles and will recommend my daughter shops with them when she is in the market later this year!! More

Great Experience I have purchase cars from this facility since it was Bernard Chevy and Keith Gunning has been my salesman just about the whole time .
