A couple hours later, & I received a TEXT message! Really??? We finally received a message on our HOME answering machine at 6p, but my cell phone didn't ring. Once again, I take it upon MYSELF to call on Jan. 25th, I was lucky enough to speak tCameron, who rudely informed me that they are a busy store. Hmmmmm... their "busy store" means I am buying elsewhere! We ARE purchasing a new car before this month is up. This was going to be a THREE car sale due to two friends ALSO buying. We planned a road trip on Saturday to purchase an Impala, Tahoe, & Equinox. Sorry for your luck--- we are taking our business elsewhere!!! More

Bait and Switch Our first impression was very good-polite salespeople, nice place, etc. I showed Alex the car listing of the 2014 on my phone that we wanted to drive, Our first impression was very good-polite salespeople, nice place, etc. I showed Alex the car listing of the 2014 on my phone that we wanted to drive, and he brought a 2016 for us to drive. Not sure if that was a mistake or trying to upsell. After seeing both cars, we went to another dealership and came back. We were told that the 2014 sold, but theres a 2017 we can look at. Stop trying to upsell me already! I asked for the price on the 2016, out of curiosity, hoping that maybe we'd score a little deal since the one we came for had sold. HA! He comes back with the price advertised online, plus $2280 "cert fee". WTH. That's 15% of the price of the car, what kind of nonsense is that? We let him know that we were not interested in paying OVER the advertised price, and left. So, let's recap...the car we wanted sold, and their pricing is NOT as advertised online. On the bright side, Alex was a good guy, and the cars were very clean. More
