SERVICE DEPT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS AND WOMEN I took in my Cruze (which I purchased HERE) for service and was billed $242.60 for labor and $22.40 for seals for an engine oil leak. I was charged $257.90 labor to fix the Traction Control Light that stayed on. They couldn't tell me what they did for the cost, only that they fixed it. Oddly No parts were used. I'm a 70 year old women who knows nothing about cars and was not asked if I wanted the oil leaked fixed. I since took the receipt to another and they looked up the repairs in their computer and said it should have been covered under warranty. They CLEARLY like to take ADVANTAGE of SENIORS & WOMEN. I will be filling complaints with the BBB, IL Attorney General for senior abuse. WARNING STAY AWAY! More
Be careful and look over numbers I submitted a online request for a vehicle. Received a call within minutes. Guy on the phone was nice but he said yes to everything trying to get me in the door. Once I got there I was greeted by Luis. He was professional, and I test drove the vehicle. During the test drive he explained that key words online all had red tape that was not disclosed. I was okay with that as I understand they want to get people in the door. We than started negotiating. Luis let me know that there was not much mark up on the car and he can take just a little down. I was okay with that as well. Than the games started with actual payments. I did my math, their finance person tried getting me for over $3000 of all costs. That is on top of rate of 6.25% that they quoted me. I walked out as this is a big scam. I did call and offer to bring my own financing or check and I asked for total cost in writing. I was told that it will be emailed to me but it never happened. I attempted to call again and my voicemail was never returned. Be aware not honest people. More

Not selling as advertised. My daughter called ahead and made an appointment to see a used Chevy Cruze. Stock # P5032. I arrived with her at the dealership and we were met by Ch My daughter called ahead and made an appointment to see a used Chevy Cruze. Stock # P5032. I arrived with her at the dealership and we were met by Charles who showed us the car and allowed a test drive. The car is advertised as a 2014 Chevy Cruze with 48,302 miles. It is also advertised as a GM Certified Pre-Owned with a 12 month / 12,000 mile Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty. The price listed is $9488 and their website also states that if you schedule an appointment you receive an extra $250 off. When we sat down to talk about final price Charles showed us a price of what i believe was $12,200. H explained that the listed price did not include the GM Certified Pre-Owned warranty. If we wanted the warranty it would cost an additional $2200. I pointed out the car was listed on their website as including the warranty. Charles had a manager come over and explain to me the warranty was not included in that price but he would offer it to us at his cost bringing the price of the car to about $11,900 I believe. Below is the print from their ad, from their website, for stock # P5032. "Buying used shouldn't mean having to buy somebody else's old ashtray-on-wheels. Not a positive experience! A manger followed us out the door to my car trying to save the sale. I told him to call my daughter when they were willing to sell the car as advertised. She has not received a call. More
Swindlers WE visited this dealership back in November 2016. We test drove a vehicle. We expressed our interest in said vehicle, yet, noticed an unexplained no WE visited this dealership back in November 2016. We test drove a vehicle. We expressed our interest in said vehicle, yet, noticed an unexplained noise upon our return from the test drive. Salesmen informed us they would have the dealership mechanics inspect the vehicle. We opted to place a deposit on said vehicle, to confirm our interest. We never heard back from dealership, so we visited them. We were informed the car could NOT be sold to us, due to a vehicle defect; we were told the car would be sold to an auction or a wholesaler. We contacted the DMV to inquire about the sale of said car; DMV told us car was sold to a third party. We are confident this dealership BETRAYED us, they dismissed our offer, so they could sell this vehicle to another party at a higher price. So much for a DEPOSIT on a vehicle being considered a contract. Filed a complaint with the ATTORNEY GENERALS office and the FTC. APPALLED, DISGUSTED, DISPICABLE!!!! More
