Buyer beware This was the worst car buying experience of my life. We went in for a Chevy Malibu advertised on car gurus for 14,400 which was a great deal. The sale This was the worst car buying experience of my life. We went in for a Chevy Malibu advertised on car gurus for 14,400 which was a great deal. The salesman Anthony was working the tactic of negotiating the monthly payment vs the price of the car. He keep pushing us to go for an 84 month loan which we vehemently denied. He also presented us with the breakdown of the price that included a 3000 warranty that we also vehemently denied. When we got to finance Peter Kashuba was our financier. He initially had his hand over the final sales price which happened to jump from 14,400 to 20,000. This apparently was because of 5,000 “certification” fee which was not listed anywhere or discussed. He also listed other add ons we didn’t want including the 3000 warranty, 500 nitrogen for the tires and some other ridiculous charges. He also said if we didn’t get the warranty our interest would raise from 6 percent to 9.5 percent APR. He kept saying that it was within the monthly car payment we wanted. Why would we pay an extra 10,000 for a Used Chevy Malibu just because it fit our budget?! And to top of off, we were transferring plates from our trade in, and he had done all the paperwork with new plates. He asked if we were truly attached to our old plates because he didn’t want to print off new paperwork. That would have been another 100 dollars! Of course we want you to reprint the paperwork! At the end of the day we got the car for the advertised price with the 6 percent interest rate but it was a very painful experience. This place is extremely unethical. I didn’t know that sleazy sales people like Anthony and Peter Kashuba existed still at a brand name dealership. (Call me naive I know). Shame on them and I would highly recommend you buy elsewhere. This place tries to rob you blind. More

Terrible Sales managers, Even Worse Finance manager. If I could rate lower than 1 Star I would. The sales staff here is a joke. They try to force you to pay for packages you don't want. And try to low ball you on your trade, Then tell you a $2999 fee is a "Lot Fee" for a used car.(he said i had to pay that extra fee because everyone pays it) The sales managers here are crooks. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS. The finance guy even told me "he doesn't have to give me the best rate I qualify for but he won't go broke by giving my a half point in my favor" then he tried to charge me over 3,000 for a warranty. (They also told me they could and had to "certify my vehicle-- it was a Nissan at a Chevy Dealer) these people are all liars. They even held my keys hostage and I had to GRAB THEM FROM THE SALES TOWER MYSELF. Save yourself time, money, and headache by steering clear of these people. Finance guy said it was his first week and they just cleaned house.... looks like they just kept the xxxxxxxx around. More

I feel like they would say anything to make a sale, regardless of whether it is truthful. Like other reviews, we had the same experience with extra fees, many of which the salesperson seemed unsure of what they were. Finally, after purchasing a vehicle we noticed an issue (within 36 hours of purchase). It took three phone calls to finally connect with a Manager, who then told me he would call me back in 10-15 mins. He returned my call 7 hours later and seemed to have very little interest in solving the issue. I would not recommend this dealership to others, in fact I would caution others to avoid dealing with this business. This is how car dealerships get the reputation that they have. Really sad More
