Mike steered me in the right direction and offered premium services to keep my car running right. I took my wife's car for an oil change thinking that GMs advertising about safe sanitary service environments would be perfect because my wife suffers from an autoimmune disease. Imagine my surprise when no advertising about safe sanitary service environments would be perfect because my wife suffers from an autoimmune disease. Imagine my surprise when not a single service writer or technician was seen wearing a mask or sanitizing their hands between customers. After "reminding" of what a pandemic is he returned to his desk and put on a mask. He wasn't wearing it when I came back to pick up my car but did put it on when he saw me so half credit on that. No complaints about the quality of service or length of time, I just really wish they were more considerate when dealing with customers vehicles. More
