Great overall experience Searched a 50 mile radius for low mileage certified used RAV4. The internet deal at Liberty was better than some non certified ones elsewhere. Sent an inquiry after business hours and was contacted promptly the next morning. I told Stephanie Smith in the Internet Sales Department I was coming from almost 40 miles away and she made sure it was still there. She had me meet Greg Repose, General Manager, upon arrival. Greg set me up with Michael "Misha" Rousakovski to handle the deal. The quoted price was honored with no high pressure selling at all. Finishing up the final details with Jim Kantner, Business Manager, was also a pleasure. I have been dealing in automobiles for 40+ years. I have owned more than 50 vehicles and this was one of the most pleasurable experiences so far. I wish this group were closer to home.
