I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at this location. In September, I brought in my 2025 Toyota Tacoma to have the front grille looked at because the black finish was develop department at this location. In September, I brought in my 2025 Toyota Tacoma to have the front grille looked at because the black finish was developing white blotches. The service writer and manager took pictures and assured me they would submit them to Toyota for a warranty claim. However, after several weeks, I was informed that my service advisor no longer worked there, and I was left waiting without any update. I left messages for someone to call me back, but it took weeks, and I never received a response. I even contacted the service director, but still, no callback or resolution. It's now December, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service. This experience has made me hesitant to bring my vehicle back to this dealership, and I will be sharing my experience to warn others. Truly an unacceptable level of service. More

What a scam car dealership! Since they weren’t going to be making money off of my lease buyout they decided to push for a warranty.
