Being a 12 time Subaru Owner, I have done ALL my new car buying from Liberty. And being a local Mechanic, I come in only for warranty and service I deem I am not up to. Bearing that in mind, my wife and I were heading down I-287 Sunday when my CkEng light and others came on. I carry a code reader with me and found P2764. CVT solenoid failure. Car was still drivable , but chose to head home. Called Liberty and talked to Bob Osteroff Monday morning. I have dealt with him since my 1982GL. He said if I dropped the car off, the would TRY to fit it in since I did NOT have a scheduled appointment. I did so and relayed what I knew. HE gave me an estimate right then. Tuesday evening, Got a call from Christopher Armeli that that my IMPREZA was already done. Got the final price and picked it up Wednesday morning. My Impreza drove just as it did before the failure. THIS IS A COMPLIMENT, as if NOTHING HAPPENED or was replaced. Liberty Service is second to none. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!!! And DJ, I just wanted you to be aware that I still talk up and promote Liberty to everyone I know. More

Their service team are competent, courteous and knowledgeable. Previous dealership service department in Orange County NY never ever got me out of their waiting room in under 3 hours, or billed me for service under $300 each time we got serviced. I bought my first Subaru in 1999, and decided it was time to replace it in the fall of 201 I have been a customer at Liberty Subaru for over 20 years. I bought my first Subaru in 1999, and decided it was time to replace it in the fall of 2019. All thorough those years, my car was serviced only by the dealership. All thorough the years, the service department took great care of my care, and were always willing to answer my questions and help me out with any problems I had. When it was time for a new car, no thought about it. I went right back to Subaru and got a great buy on my leftover 2018 model. Again, I was treated with respect and courtesy, and I wouldn’t buy or take my car anywhere else for service. More

Every time I mention it to "management", the standard response is (almost verbatim) "yeah, sure, I'll tell the owner." Ok, so why is it still not there?! How hard is it to install one of those folding down changing tables that virtually every other public restroom has?! Subaru bills itself as a family-centric brand, but in my opinion, this dealership doesn't give a darn about families. And who would understand? Every single person in sales and management is a white male, either in their 50s or 60s, or in their 20s. So screw the families who need to change their kids' diapers while shopping for cars or getting their Subarus serviced, right? Mamas and papas, be prepared to change your kids' diapers on the floor. Sorry. And don't even bother saying anything to the "manager." He won't even bother to look you in the face. When you mention it (for the umpteenth time), I would bet my dollar that he and all his buddies turn around, roll their eyes at me, and probably mutter under their breath about a cranky mom. And if you're a woman, in my opinion, you are not treated with respect. They all come across like you're a bother, even as you're asking them about the new cars (I will just buy my second Subaru at a different dealdership). I am done with this dealership. The one positive note is that the service guys are mostly friendly and seem to know what they're doing. More
