I am used to working with Jason and Gabe. They don't miss a thing. Over the years I have really come to trust them. This last service- a couple weeks ago- I had a Saturday appointment and They don't miss a thing. Over the years I have really come to trust them. This last service- a couple weeks ago- I had a Saturday appointment and those two don't work Saturdays. I know everyone was working hard but there was an items missed on the to-do list when I went to pick up the car. Hoping the weekend service can be a strong as what I get during the week. More

I brought my car in for an oil change, which I have been doing for the last 5-1/2 years. I was always satisfied with the service, however, I was informed that Liberty Subaru is now charging a 3% credit car doing for the last 5-1/2 years. I was always satisfied with the service, however, I was informed that Liberty Subaru is now charging a 3% credit card surcharge. I find this to be offensive. I told the service advisor I would not be returning. The service manager tried to explain that their costs are going up. Credit card companies have been charging service fees to merchants since their inception. Merchants factor this into the price of their goods and services. I feel this is nothing more than a cash grab on behalf of Liberty Subaru. They have lost me as a customer. There are many mechanics who can service my vehicle without nickel and diming me. Obviously the owner of Liberty Subaru cares more about making a few extra dollars than retaining me as a loyal customer. More
