This a review on my new 2024 Subaru Impreza Sport purchase from Liberty Subaru Sept 2024. The folks at Liberty Subaru provided such a great customer service experience from top to bottom; whether is purchase from Liberty Subaru Sept 2024. The folks at Liberty Subaru provided such a great customer service experience from top to bottom; whether is was First Contact over the Internet [Daijon], On Site Sales [Christian], Management [James], Finance [Dan], or the Product Specialist [Peter], they ALL knew the Subaru brand inside and out, were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. The BEST car buying experience I have had in a very long time [and I usually purchase a car every 3-5 years]. They literally spent an hour going over every detail and function of our new Subaru and made it clear that we could call them anytime to ask questions and even gave us a $25 gas card! They really made sure you felt like that you mattered to them as their customer. Only downside for me personally was that they were located nearly an hour away from my home, but it turned out to be very much worth the trip. They are also a Costco Auto program dealer so they knew how to navigate that program, making the deal incredible and hassle free. I loved them so much that I will plan to look them up even for a future used vehicle. Hats off to the team at Liberty Subaru for keeping customer service alive in a day and age when many dealers just focus on getting the sale but forget the customer service. More
I needed an oil change and, on a whim, decided to call my local dealer(Kenosha) and asked for a callback since they were busy. Did not receive a call back, so I call here and was quickly worked into the sche local dealer(Kenosha) and asked for a callback since they were busy. Did not receive a call back, so I call here and was quickly worked into the schedule. I drove my car 35 mins to get it done. Two hours later, I still hadn’t received a call back from my local dealer. Only note: while my car is not showroom perfect, I did not appreciate some oil stained hand prints on my door hand and door trim. Got to cover the details there, service dept! Anyways probably will go again More
