I initially visited Liberty Subaru in 9/14 and met Clayton. Spoke with him about True Car, which I used, and about various auto options. Clayton introduced me to sales consultant David Finkle, a most pleasant young man. Dave took me on a short ride and I was sold on the car and the dealership, left leaving a downpayment to hold the car. Picked up my new car on Feb. 23, 2015. They actually held it for me for 2 weeks as I wasn't able to get in sooner. I met with David and Kevin. I was very pleasantly surprised that I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase any additional services other than the car. Both David and Kevin were totally professional and very easy to talk with and work with. Kevin fully explained the financial end and David the car. I left raving to my friends about what actually turned out to be a very enjoyable auto purchase experience, and am now enjoying my new vehicle. Rare! A pleasant purchase experience! I spoke with Sales Manager, Danny Cohen. I asked, "Remember the loaner car 2014 Forester I bought last summer? I want another one, this time a 2015 Fo I spoke with Sales Manager, Danny Cohen. I asked, "Remember the loaner car 2014 Forester I bought last summer? I want another one, this time a 2015 Forester loaner." Liberty has a great program selling their low mileage loaner cars. In 2014 I bought a 2014 with 1200 miles and this month a 2015 Forester with only 820 miles as Certified Used. They came with the Certified Used 100,000 mile warranty. Great price too! I bought it on the spot! Danny Cohen turned me over to salesman Dan Lidersti who even set up my phone with the car's Bluetooth. Yes, a pleasant experience, no pressure whatsoever!
