Daniel Rovelli was very professional and did a great job communicating everything that needed to be done. I had to travel over two hours to get to this dealership and just about everything was handled befor communicating everything that needed to be done. As for the dealership, I bought my first new car from Liberty about 35 years ago, and have always used them to service my Outbacks. I have never had a negative experience. More

Just wrapped purchasing a 2022 Forester Wilderness with Jeff this afternoon. My Fiancee came to Liberty a few years ago to purchase her Legacy, and the process was so relaxed and worry-free that the moment Jeff this afternoon. My Fiancee came to Liberty a few years ago to purchase her Legacy, and the process was so relaxed and worry-free that the moment I saw Liberty had what I was looking for in inventory we came right over to give it a test drive. Jeff was courteous, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the experience of buying a car (which is typically a pretty huge deal for most people) feel like a friendly, everyday transaction like one would have at a convenience store for your morning coffee. The price for the vehicle was an incredible value, and Jeff was straightforward with what packages he believed were and were not worth it. He had an associate show me around the vehicle when I picked it up, brought me over to Ryan the finance manager (who was also incredibly nice and reassuring!) to finish up the final paperwork, and took me over to the service department to introduce me to the staff there. For the first time in my life, I am actually looking forward to having a relationship with a dealership during my lifetime with the car. Between Jeff and Ryan, and Anthony and Rob (who my fiancee worked with on her car), I don't believe it's possible to have a bad experience with Liberty if you're in the market for a Subaru. It was busy, but all staff members I encountered were friendly and most helpful. My sales rep, Dan Rovelli, listened to my requirements and had a selection of vehicles to choose from quickly. I was test driving what proved to be my vehicle in short order. Dan was great to work with. He was congenial, attentive, and knowledgeable, We sealed the deal in an efficient manner. He walked me over to Ryan, who got me through the paperwork and made the hard part—writing the check—an easier task with his friendly demeanor. There was a young g man who walked me through the controls of my Crosstrek. He expertly helped me to understand the differences between this vehicle and my previous Subaru. All in all, it was a positive experience. I would highly recommend Liberty Suburu to colleagues, family, and friends. More

This was my first time negotiating my own car purchase, and I was in touch with another local dealer I visited the dealership in early February 2025. This was my first time negotiating my own car purchase, and I was in touch with another local dealership (not Subaru), and where the other dealership diminished me, called me "little lady", asked if my husband would be joining me or wanted to give him a call, and assumed I did not come prepared to speak knowledgeably about the car I was interested in-- you hear these stereotypes about women in car dealerships, but I didn't expect to still see it so blatantly in 2025. The next day, I went to see Jeremy, and he and the Liberty Subaru team were the complete opposite! Jeremy worked around my work schedule to ensure I could see and test drive the specific car I was interested in, presented me with lots of different financing options for that vehicle and several similar ones, and never once made me feel like I was being treated differently or being taken advantage of. When my husband joined me at the dealership after work to test drive the car, Jeremy continued addressing me as the primary negotiator. The level of respect, flexibility, and courtesy I received from Jeremy and his team members at Liberty Subaru is so felt and appreciated, and I could not be happier with my new car!
