They seem to have a system and take turns approaching customers. Charles was "in line" when I made my first visit there. I immediately explained that I wasn't buying a car that day. He responded that this was fine because he wasn't selling me a car that day. After a good laugh, he showed me the vehicle I was interested in, answered all of my questions and sent me on my way with no pressure to buy. When my wife and I returned, we asked for Charles who proceeded to share with her all that he'd told me. We took a test drive and then sat with him to talk price. We explained that we wanted his best offers for the new car and for our trade-in as we'd done our homework and we didn't want to waste time haggling. Amazingly, Charles returned with exactly what we expected for our trade and a better-than-expected price for the new car. Trust me, we did our homework! The rest was easy. This was by far our best car-buying experience yet. More

When we let him know that we had a limited amount of time when we picked up the car, Charles and Elmer made sure the entire team worked together to get us out the door on time and we know that could not have been easy. Great experience We bought Subarus from Charles Perchak in both 2016 and 2017. Unfortunately, the car purchased in 2017 was hit by a truck and declared a total loss. I came in to speak with Charles and he was extremely sympathetic. He and Elmer Hansen both assured me the purchase would be made smooth and easy. They delivered on that promise. I was given a price quote on a 3 year lease right out of the gate that was $27 a month cheaper than the price I was quoted by a Subaru dealer in a nearby town. They had the car ready to go for me and the paperwork was easy and they never pushed me to upgrade in any way. I walked out of their dealership with a brand new car, a much lower car payment than I had previously and a coupon for a free oil change. I could not have been happier to have had such an easy experience. More
