I had a terrific experience today with Charles P and James F (he is not assigned a star rating below but he gets five stars from me too!) from sales, Christian P from finance and Peter G the delivery James F (he is not assigned a star rating below but he gets five stars from me too!) from sales, Christian P from finance and Peter G the delivery specialist. Charles and James made the leasing of my new 2021 outback pain free and pleasant. They provided all the information that I needed prior to and during the leading experience and honored my request to ensure the process went smoothly, as quickly as possible and safely during Covid. Christian explained every aspect of the financing and was also sensitive to my desire to conduct business quickly and Peter topped it all off by providing a terrific introduction to the car. Although this is my 3rd or 4th Outback, Peter pointed out the upgrades and walked me through the electronics, which proved to be much easier than with past Outbacks. I’m so impressed with the sales and service at Liberty; they all treated me with respect and as a valued customer. I’m also impressed with the ongoing modifications in design and functionality of the car. It’s so clear that Subaru listens to their customers to make continual improvements. Extraordinary buying experience I cannot say enough about Charles , Celeste and Peter. We have purchased 2 other Subaru's before and Charles is the only sales rep. we would ever deal I cannot say enough about Charles , Celeste and Peter. Charles is very thorough regarding all things Subaru. We like his laid back demeanor with no sales pressure whatsoever. He actually makes the buying experience fun, Then we were escorted to Celeste. I always cringe at this stage in the process. It was for nothing. Celeste made this part so much easier than our past experiences. She made the financial part understandable and explained whatever we asked about. If anyone can make finance enjoyable she is the one. Then there is Peter. He thoroughly went over our new car. There is a lot of new tech that we have never had. When he was done explaining it all we felt fairly comfortable with everything on our new Forester. I have written down a few questions that I will ask him next week at the dealer. All in all this was probably the best car buying experience I could have asked for. We are solid Subaru people thanks to everyone at Liberty Subaru. Keep up the excellent customer relations and keep Charles around for the next time we buy a new Subaru. More

Slow in processing pay off. No sense of urgency. The finance team at Liberty Auto City is slow and completely unconcerned whit their customer's needs. I sold a car back to this dealership on April 1 The finance team at Liberty Auto City is slow and completely unconcerned whit their customer's needs. I sold a car back to this dealership on April 14 at a real "steal". They will make a handsome profit when they resale that car. Despite the sweet deal they received, they did not process my loan payoff timely. It is now 10 days later (8 business days) and my bank has still not received the payoff. Despite repeated calls to the dealership all I am told is that "the check is in the mail." They refuse to tell me when it was sent (my suspicion is several business days after they took possession). They had the option to send the payoff express mail and they opted for the cheaper method causing even further delay. I am now forced to make another car payment for a car I haven't owned for 10 days. While that payment will eventually be refunded to me, that is not the point. They had ample time to process the payoff but they chose the longest and cheapest route without regard for their customer's needs. More
