There was no pressure, no hassle, no game playing, or sneaky tricks with the cost of the vehicle. My entire car buying experience was truly enjoyable and made easy for me. My salesperson, Damian Podgorski is beyond exceptional. I cannot fully express how marvelous he is. Damian is so knowledgeable and kind. He patiently explained all of the features of the Subaru, anticipating any questions I might have. He also told me to call him if I ever had any questions about the car. He told me it would be much easier than poring through the manual. Could anyone be more considerate than that? Damian also called me the evening after I bought the car to make sure that all was okay and to sign me up for the free road side/emergency assistance that came with the car. He then followed up again the next day too. I was also incredibly impressed by James Flores, Liberty Auto City Subaru’s Sales Manager, and Miguel Hernandez, who handled the financing. Both were honorable gentleman, a stark contrast to individuals I had met at other dealerships. Furthermore, the delivery of the vehicle was flawless and the dealership’s facility was beautiful. It’s too bad that I can only rate my experience on a five star scale. The excellence of this dealership and the people who work there are worthy of much more than that. More
