I would give this dealership a lower rating if I could. The car I purchased had a few minor problems. Once they sold me the car they didn't want anything to do with me. Vanessa was FANTASTIC!! I knew I didn't want some bro mansplaining cars to me. I specifically requested a female sales rep. She exudes trustworthiness. She isn't afraid to say when she doesn't know an answer, but will get the answer quickly and throughly. The dealership is great too. They all work as a team. I rented a Subaru for the weekend before purchasing one, so I got to experience several departments. Vanessa was even pulled from the Jeep side to help us purchase our Subaru (because we wanted a woman). She's such an intelligent pro that she had no problem stepping in. She made new car buying fun. My wife and I set up an appointment to see a car that was for sale. We had found a price listed on TrueCar and verified with the dealer that they would honor the price. We arrived to see the car. We drove around 30 miles one way to get to the dealership. There, they refused to honor the deal, stating that it had been for a different car that had been sold "earlier that day." They offered me the same model car at a price $5k higher than the price stated in the ad. More
