I never experienced that, but this dealership had a delivery specialist, who spent at least 45 minutes going over the car futures in details. It’s been two weeks and my salesperson still texting me if I have any other questions for him. I definitely RECOMMEND this dealership if you are buying a car. More

Dan is excellent to work with! Low pressure, helpful, makes the car buying experience painless, which is not what is expected. Plus he knows what he's talking about! I bought my Miata from him a few year makes the car buying experience painless, which is not what is expected. Plus he knows what he's talking about! I bought my Miata from him a few years back, whenever he sees me at the dealership he'll come over and see how I am doing. He's less a sales man now and more of a friend that I see at the dealership. I live in Wisconsin but I purposely drive down past a dealer that is five minutes from my house, into Illinois, 30 miles to Liberty to buy a car and get service done because of people like Dan. Next time I buy another car from Subaru, it will be surely with Dan! More

Damian was a wonderful salesman--staying late and working hard for us. The finance manager was fast and efficient and using the docupad was actually kind of fun. And Mike, the tech specialist who taught us to use our new car's features was an excellent teacher--patient and not condescending, even though were not cutting edge tech savvy.
