Great experience at this dealership! Bought a new 2024 Ascent Ltd and couldn't be happier. Ron Robbins was a great salesperson and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Both Ron and Chris Pfiffner took us for 2 test drives and explained everything very well. Rich O'Connor the manager was great to work with and very fair in closing the deal. Miguel Hernandez was awesome in completing the sales paperwork and selling us an extended warranty for a fair price. Michael Goch was excellent in explaining everything about the vehicle before we drove it out of the showroom. All in all we recommend this dealership if you are looking for a good deal and for great people to work with. It made for a pleasurable buying experience!! If looking for a Subaru, this is the place to shop!! More
This a review on my new 2024 Subaru Impreza Sport purchase from Liberty Subaru Sept 2024. The folks at Liberty Subaru provided such a great customer service experience from top to bottom; whether is was First Contact over the Internet [Daijon], On Site Sales [Christian], Management [James], Finance [Dan], or the Product Specialist [Peter], they ALL knew the Subaru brand inside and out, were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. The BEST car buying experience I have had in a very long time [and I usually purchase a car every 3-5 years]. They literally spent an hour going over every detail and function of our new Subaru and made it clear that we could call them anytime to ask questions and even gave us a $25 gas card! They really made sure you felt like that you mattered to them as their customer. Only downside for me personally was that they were located nearly an hour away from my home, but it turned out to be very much worth the trip. They are also a Costco Auto program dealer so they knew how to navigate that program, making the deal incredible and hassle free. I loved them so much that I will plan to look them up even for a future used vehicle. Hats off to the team at Liberty Subaru for keeping customer service alive in a day and age when many dealers just focus on getting the sale but forget the customer service. More
When I purchased the vehicle the business person was making a hard sell on the service agreement. When we advised him we were not interested he became cold and rude. The closing process with him was very uncomfortable. My recent experience with service was great with the service agent who checked me in. He was not present when I came to retrieve the vehicle. His teammates were preoccupied with other tasks and were ignoring me until I approached one of them and he directed me to the cashier. No explanation of the work performed was offered. In addition, part of the work was a tire inspection, however, when I left the dealership it became clear that they didn't check the tire pressure and adjust them to the proper PSI. As a result I had to make a separate trip back to have the tire pressure adjusted. The service agent was helpful, friendly and apologized. However, no other service recovery was offered. One more annoying issue with this survey. I purchased a Subaru Outback from the Subaru side of the dealership. This survey doesn't offer that make as an option. Consequently, I'm choosing Jeep so the survey can be submitted. In addition, I'm selecting names below from sales and management because the survey is forcing me to, however, none of the names below apply my experience. More
