Terrible service. Lied to, given so many excuses I can't count. Ripped insurance off. First $1200 then $4500 fot the same problem. Told us that they would help us with insurance claim, then turn around and count. Ripped insurance off. First $1200 then $4500 fot the same problem. Returned Lexus to us with a new problem and said it was unrelated. I would have expected much more from a dealership of this caliber. Rude, unhelpful, liers.
