I always shop around and call multiple dealers in order to be sure I'm finding the best deal within a 50 mile radius of our home in Yonkers. I gave Tom the details of our search and he responded, as promised within 10 minutes. At first he didn't have the best price but he kept in touch in order to beat the competition, which he ultimately did. And, he did it in a way that made us confident that it'd be worth the extra time to drive there. Upon arrival, Tom delivered as promised. He is sincere, knowledgeable, service oriented, fast but not hurried, willing to answer any question, and attentive to all the details. He made sure both my wife and I understood everything, every step of the way and did so in a way that made us feel confident that he was telling us the whole story and not just what was good for him and the dealership. In less than an hour we were on our way with a new vehicle, which included a detailed, comprehensive explanation of the car's features. His manager, Geoff, supported Tom very effectively and also adroitly and transparently made sure we were comfortable with our transaction. He explained where they had flexibility and where they didn't. For example: They don't mark up the money factor (i.e. interest rate), so we were sure that we were getting their best offer. We were introduced to the Service Dept who quickly covered the process and explained what to plan for and expect. The Business Manager was not too pushy in trying to up-sell us and very professionally got us through all the paperwork. Having spoken to many dealers, I can say with confidence and the utmost satisfaction that these people are great! We've owned many types of vehicles from Lexus, Mercedes and BMWs to Lincolns and Cadillac. Not only does the Kia compare in total value but Liberty very effectively compares with every aspect of the buying experience! Yonkers Kia should take lessons from these guys...but I won't go there.
