Anthony (manager) came over to talk as well. In less than 30 minutes my son had the car of his dreams (he wanted the Optima SXL) at a price that blew away the completion. They took his trade too. We picked up the car three hours later! What a car too! It was the best car buying experience you can imagine. You have to give them a look - they are really the nicest people you will meet and the atmosphere is relaxed. You will be glad you stopped by. More

After doing a bit of homework regarding a 2017 Kia Optima SX, I contacted several Kia dealerships in the Tri-sate area either by email, phone, or dire After doing a bit of homework regarding a 2017 Kia Optima SX, I contacted several Kia dealerships in the Tri-sate area either by email, phone, or direct visit. I was able to find the exact car trim / package in a color I liked in inventory at Liberty Kia, and a few other dealerships. While negotiating the price Makayla and the staff at Liberty Kia were up front and honest in their approach. This was not the case for a couple of other dealers I visited. I received a very fair price compared to a local Kia dealer that did not seem that interested in working as hard for my business as Liberty Kia. The purchasing process was fast and efficient. All the staff from Sales, Management, and Service were friendly and very helpful. As they are close to the NY State border it was no problem for them to process the Title, Tags, etc I highly recommend Liberty Kia. It was well worth traveling from Long Island to make the purchase. More
Just Bought a Forte Was all set to buy a Subaru at the end of a long day of shopping. Stopped into Liberty and we were warmly greeted by Jesus who goes by Zeus. We were sold on safety features and Zeus's soft pitch. Also dealt with Kevin and Anthony. Liberty had to trade for our car with another dealership. A mostly stress free experience. More

He was helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. The sales manager agreed to our offer quickly and painlessly. I think the dealership needs to rethink their advertising strategy. Caveat emptor would be my advice. What does that mean? My wife found this car on their website where a list of features was noted. When we brought it home, we noticed many were not included, e.g., navigation, rear view camera. It was then that I noticed that while those features were also listed on the window sticker, at the bottom of the sticker in bold print, which I did not bother to read through having read the description online, it advises to make sure the vehicle has all the features listed. And there's the rub. There is no reason to have that statement unless you were purposely trying to be deceptive. Why use a generic description online and on the window? Sorry but I am suspect. This in no way reflects on our salesperson. More

Great Sales Person and Service Department Experience. Sales Kedwin Herrera was my sales person. I purchased a used vehicle with heavy mileage, partly because of the warranty listed on the description of Sales Kedwin Herrera was my sales person. I purchased a used vehicle with heavy mileage, partly because of the warranty listed on the description of the vehicle. As suspected you can never expect a used vehicle to come problem free. Upon bringing the vehicle back and pointing out the issue. Kedwin worked with me to accommodate as best as he could. I requested a loaner vehicle and although one was not available at the time he made the effort to call other sibling dealerships and request if one could be loaned. Kedwin was always attentive in person, phone calls and emails even when I had my concerns during the process of negotiation. I would recommend Kedwin as a salesperson for anyone planning to visit Liberty Kia in Ramsey, he has great customer service skills. Makayla, whose desk is nearby Kedwin was also helpful as a loaner was not an option, she provided a personal discount code for rentals (don't go asking her for discount codes now). The manager I dealt with unfortunately didn't make me feel as comfortable. When it was time to sign the papers the warranty listed on the website was something I had to discuss again. At first he told me that there wasn't a warranty and that it was a mistake on the page (ha!). I was ready to call the deal off. Then he said the warranty would be a less time/mileage than the one posted...again I was ready to call the deal off. He finally said he would call the owner. He came back and told me per the owner the warranty listed would be honored. Then the deal was finally done. One thing I noticed later on was that the mileage of the vehicle expressed in the warranty paper was less than the one in the vehicle's odometer. I truly don't think this was done intentionally and simply it wasn't updated in their system appropriately, but if you are purchasing a used vehicle please check. Service Upon bringing my vehicle for repairs under warranty Kedwin introduced me to Steve and Wayne. Both Steve and Wayne were very helpful in trying to address the situation. Although it wasn't resolved on the first go they were always willing to take the vehicle in and keep searching to address the problem until finally resolved. Steve and Wayne make a great team and are willing to work with the customer, they also are willing to listen to your suggestions of what you think the issue is without brushing you off simply because they are the experts. More

Worst Experience with a Dealership Ever!!! The worst car buying experience from start to finish. It will be a miracle if this dealership stays in business long. Every employee I dealt with was unprofessional and only interested in making a sale instead of taking the time to explain anything to the customer such as document fees and GAP Addendums which I did not want and don't forget about the DMV fees which every dealership I purchased vehicles from paid for. But not this place. I traded a vehicle which had a broken windshield so they took $500 off trade in but my vehicle I bought at their dealership had two small cracks in windshield that were not there when I test drove it. We had snow/ice storm and I believe one of their employees chipped it cleaning snow and ice off. But the manager only "fixed" it instead of just replacing it. He said if it continues to crack he will replace it. Great customer service huh? Stay away from this shady place...I know I will never step foot in there again and never recommend them to anyone. I first saw my vehicle at Liberty Subaru in Emerson where I have my Subaru vehicle serviced but unfortunately they moved it to Liberty Kia and right then I should have passed on the vehicle to avoid this experience. Since Lliberty Subaru referred me to this place they just lost a customer too. More
