In 2018 I purchased a car that I previously had on lease. The registration was not completed, and I ended up getting a ticket. In 2021, I purchased a different car that I had previously leased, and an extra payment was taken. After 60 days I have been told that it is, again, someone else's fault. Hyundai Financing told me it is the dealer's fault, and Liberty Hyundai told me it is the fault of Liberty Hyundai. It is acknowledged that a refund is due, but that is it. Oh yeah, they misplaced a registration for a 2021 lease as well. There is one common element here...my foolishness in thinking any financial interaction with Hyundai will go smoothly. Zero stars it is. More

Bad customer service. Purchased a Hyundai Tucson for my Bad customer service. Purchased a Hyundai Tucson for my son. Sticker and Juan sales person activated and told my insurance it has blue link and wait Bad customer service. Purchased a Hyundai Tucson for my son. Sticker and Juan sales person activated and told my insurance it has blue link and wait about 3 hour to work , we’ll find out day later that it doesn’t have blue link. Called dealer left 4 messages and no call back. So went to visit dealership again and Juan sales person told Eddie sales manager that he did say it had blue link but both very rude tilling us that vehicle doesn’t have blue link which I had paid for with the total price of the vehicle and they are willing not to do nothing for us. Well liberty Hyundai will be getting reported and never will I tell or buy there ever again. Joe More
