Took 5 1/2 hours to sign papers for my car!!! I walked in at 1pm on a Monday, last day of the month. There was only one other customer at the time. It took 3 hours to negotiate a price, my sales I walked in at 1pm on a Monday, last day of the month. There was only one other customer at the time. It took 3 hours to negotiate a price, my salesman was great, it was the Sales manager that took forever each time we renegotiated. At 4pm I finally went to see the Finance Manager. He said it would take another hour to finish the paper work/get the car ready. So, I went next door to a diner (I was starving) and was back before 5pm. I was not called into his office to sign the paper work until 6:15 (after I said I was leaving) and the paperwork was not done!!! He never even apologized, just said he had to take another customer while I was gone. I told him I was very upset having to wait so long. He never even offered to shake my hand when I finished signing all the papers. Now it is 17 days later and my trade in car has not been paid off nor has my new registration/license plates (the temporary ones expire in 3 days) come in. I am a returning customer and they were so unprofessional. I am really disappointed. This is why I would not recommend this dealership. More

Love our Santa Fe Sport! Our salesman Chris Werling and the manager Kurt Alton really listened to us and made sure we got just the car we wanted equipped just how we wanted it Our salesman Chris Werling and the manager Kurt Alton really listened to us and made sure we got just the car we wanted equipped just how we wanted it. Due to scheduling , Chris was on vacation when our car was ready for us so Kurt met with us and Charlie Bennett walked us through all the steps and set up our Bluetooth with our phones and made sure we were comfortable with our new car. And Ty Caldwell handled all of the paperwork very professionally. Our friends bought a new Subaru and were jealous of our Santa Fe Sport and all the features it has that there car doesn't have!
