Fast and thorough I needed an oil change, rotate and balance my tires, set tire pressures, and recalibrate TPMS (warning light had come on due to cold weather / loss of I needed an oil change, rotate and balance my tires, set tire pressures, and recalibrate TPMS (warning light had come on due to cold weather / loss of pressure. But I needed to be done in 1 - 1 1/2 hours. My service rep, Nick, said he would do the best he could. A little more than an hour later, he came out to the waiting room and told me the tech was just finishing up, told me my car looked great and went over my check list report, had the cashier take my bill, and told me he'd be back with my key as soon as the tech was done. Less than five minutes later, he brought me my key and I was on my way in just over an hour. Nick listened, met my needs, and was very personable and caring. It was an excellent experience. More
