Was using wrong key to try and start my car and texted me that I likely needed a new ignition. When I asked if she was sure the key wasn't the problem, she quoted me $189 for a 'diagnostic'. I said I would c that I likely needed a new ignition. When I asked if she was sure the key wasn't the problem, she quoted me $189 for a 'diagnostic'. I said I would come down with the other key and try myself, and when I was on my way, I was notified that the key had been tagged incorrectly and they were now able to start my car and perform the oil change. Terrible. Did not do anything. They said they would do. The car was dropped off on a Wednesday to be picked up on a Friday. We went on Friday with no call. No Did not do anything.
