I drove my 99 Yukon into the shop for a new battery finding out the wait would be long due to several customers showing up unannounced. Matt took it upon himself to grab a wrench and install the battery HIMSELF! UNBELIEVABLE! I have never seen a service representative do this in my life. Just proves how dedicated Liberty GMC is to it's long standing customers. Thanks again Matt! More

But I have a warranty but since I had gotten it at another dealer he was not able to find it and told me it's not his job to fin my warranty! Stay away from this guy at all possible More

Never Again Bought a used vehicle from them and within 2 months of owning it had to take it back for the same problem 3 times. All they did was they and put a ban Bought a used vehicle from them and within 2 months of owning it had to take it back for the same problem 3 times. All they did was they and put a band aid on the problem. I had taken the vehicle to another dealership to have the problem looked at and was told what needed to be done, I went back the Liberty GMC shared with them the info as was told that I was on my own. I had to contact the customer relations person there to see if they could help. I was told to bring it in once again so they could look at it. They keep it for 2 days this time, I was told that the service manager and the head service tech was going to look at the problem this time. All they did to address the problem was the same thing they did the following 3 times. I received a call the next day telling me the service manager and tech didn't look at it and they wanted me to bring it back down. When you pay close to 30K for a vehicle that has less than 36,000 miles on it you don't expect have to dumping money into it right away. I had heard great things regarding Liberty but will never go their again and well tell everybody I know that they don't stand behind what they sell and their customers. More
