I've been coming to liberty for years now had a great service advisor (Bill Large)but he apparently moved onto better things, well apparently he took liberty's customer service with him cause service suc service advisor (Bill Large)but he apparently moved onto better things, well apparently he took liberty's customer service with him cause service sucks now had no issues with truck before Bill left all of a sudden i have a list of items wrong with truck($2800 worth) but does new advisor say anything no I get a letter in the mail listing them. tried scheduling my next oil change and navigating the site is a joke. I've decided its time to take my business else where. More

I can honestly say that I’ve owned few different vehicles and this is was my first GMC that I had purchased the service that I received from Santos as a service writer was impeccable. There’s a little miscom and this is was my first GMC that I had purchased the service that I received from Santos as a service writer was impeccable. There’s a little miscommunication in the beginning but I was contacted by both Scott and Bri right away Bri spoke with me as if she and I knew each for years and all I can say is that I felt like family this took me by surprise because I didn’t feel like “Just another customer” They took care of me better than any dealership I’ve ever dealt with ever and mainly I’ve only owned Toyota and Lexus brands but now I can say that I will be continuing to be a GMC owner from here on out again, thank you Ms Autumn your dealership group is awesome and customer service hands-down is the best that I’ve ever dealt with. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of even offered me a free tank of gas and a complete detail on my vehicle. Keep up the good work. I just moved to AZ. My GMC Sierra broke down and was out of budget for repair. I was upside down in my loan on it. And I hate the car buying process. I had little faith that I would find a vehicle I like as much as I loved my truck. Ryan Shippy did so well in coping with me, my needs and my budget. If you spoke with anyone who knows me well, this is not an easy task. I will not need to return to Liberty GMC any time soon because I left with a nice reliable vehicle that fits my needs. Marie in service was awesome, had to have truck towed with AAA and she got it diagnosed and problem was then fixed got me an Uber to come and get vehicle from Maricopa and truck is running so well. I brought my Escalade in to the service dept to have a few things fixed and diagnosed. When the called me with an outrageous quote of 800 to fix my usb charger, I told them not to fix it. When I went to pick it up they charged 690.00$ to fix the RUBBER WEATHER STRIPPING on ONE of my back doors and to diagnose that my USB phone charger needed replacement. 690.00 dollars!!!!!!!!! This is a dealership that operates with no integrity!! Take your business elsewhere! More
