You have an automatic system that notifies you on repairs needed and approval of the services. You really need to add an estimated time of completion. I had a great experience when buying my vehicle. First time I took it to get serviced was pretty good. Last two times were not so good. Sent my wife to drop and pickup vehicle. She wasn't offered a First time I took it to get serviced was pretty good. Last two times were not so good. Sent my wife to drop and pickup vehicle. She wasn't offered a ride home ( don't understand why) when she came back she had to wait almost 30 minutes for a porter ( or someone) to actually bring the vehicle back around to her. Hopefully next time will be better More
