I've purchased at least 4 Sierra's from liberty, this at4 2500 makes 5, I intend to give liberty more of my business. My wife and I went to Liberty GMC on Friday night. Our sales person was Caralee. We found a car we liked. Thought about it for two days .Went back on Sunday and bought the vehicle. Very bad experience. 1st they bait & switched me (my fault for falling for it), then the car crapped out completely, a little over a week after purchase. And they won't stand behind their product and fix it. The car was someone's trade-in so it had a crack in the windshield, they said they'd send someone out to fix it -- not fixed, and I had to chase them down to get that non-answer, and then they said I have to come to them for the fix. Non-issue now -- car won't move. More
