I've been coming to liberty for years now had a great service advisor (Bill Large)but he apparently moved onto better things, well apparently he took liberty's customer service with him cause service suc service advisor (Bill Large)but he apparently moved onto better things, well apparently he took liberty's customer service with him cause service sucks now had no issues with truck before Bill left all of a sudden i have a list of items wrong with truck($2800 worth) but does new advisor say anything no I get a letter in the mail listing them. tried scheduling my next oil change and navigating the site is a joke. I've decided its time to take my business else where. More

My wife and I went to Liberty GMC on Friday night. Our sales person was Caralee. We found a car we liked. Thought about it for two days .Went back on Sunday and bought the vehicle. Very bad experience. 1st they bait & switched me (my fault for falling for it), then the car crapped out completely, a little over a week after purchase. And they won't stand behind their product and fix it. The car was someone's trade-in so it had a crack in the windshield, they said they'd send someone out to fix it -- not fixed, and I had to chase them down to get that non-answer, and then they said I have to come to them for the fix. Non-issue now -- car won't move. More
