Took my 2022 Yukon Denali in for a recall on the park assist. I had an appointment at 9:30 AM and they had it until 5:30 PM. What is the point of an appointment?? This happens every time we have an oil change as well. Well, picked the car up and now the check engine, driver assist, and lane assist lights are all on. My husband called and lost his temper on these people and the AUDACITY OF THE LADY TO SAY, “Well, it does have 50K miles on it”… I DO NOT CARE! We have another GMC vehicle that has 120K miles on it and NEVER HAVE HAD ISSUES! The only difference, we have never brought it to this place. They won’t give us a rental and we have to leave it for another 24 hours to run a diagnostic on it. You have got to be kidding me…this is the absolute worst place ever for vehicles. I spent $100K on this car and I have never had a good interaction with this place. I do not recommend whatsoever. Buy from a different place, it’ll save you a massive headache and terrible customer service. More

You have an automatic system that notifies you on repairs needed and approval of the services. You really need to add an estimated time of completion. My service advisor was out sick and I was going on 3 day needed and approval of the services. You really need to add an estimated time of completion.
