Drop my truck off for a starting issue. They changed the battery. Because it was a non AGM battery. Sad that would caused the starting issue. I told them it was doing it before I changed the battery. They said that was the only thing they could find. I picked the truck up drove it less then 50 miles. Broke down again same issue had it towed in. This time they reprogram the computer. Pick it up drove it less then 40 miles. Broke down again same issues More

Drop my vehicle off at 830 in the morning for an oil change and state inspection. I was called to pick my vehicle up at 230 and only the state inspection was completed. Not to mention that I made an app change and state inspection. I was called to pick my vehicle up at 230 and only the state inspection was completed. Service here was a total joke. From the beginning it was just a total mess. I couldn’t find the correct way to enter the service lot. When I thought I found it and asked the man st From the beginning it was just a total mess. I couldn’t find the correct way to enter the service lot. When I thought I found it and asked the man standing near by his tone and expression came off as annoyed. I had an appointment at 9am but arrived 10mins early to ensure things could begin on time. Check in when ok and after an hour or so I received a text to let me know the name of the guy working on my car and that this was the number to reach for questions. I tried to confirm if this was when they first began work on my car. After another hour, I went to find someone I could talk to. The man said they were 2 hrs behind. At no point during my check in or ever through the process did I get notification of a timeframe. I live and work in Hope Mills, I don’t have all day to sit in a service lounge. When I had originally scheduled the appointment I made it clear that I couldn’t stay more than an hour but I was I’ve zero updates abs had to wait double that. This was a free service and 10000% not worth it at all. I will not be returning. More
