Kept my truck for 3 days for something that took only 30min and electrical tape to repair. Also didn't put things back together (my glove compartment box was still unscrewed and on the floor board, along 30min and electrical tape to repair. Cost me over $300... plus days without the vehicle and an Uber ride to pick it up. I wasn't offered a military discount, until I asked about it to which they replied since they already swiped my card they couldn't do it and would "take care of me next time". No thanks, I'll save my money and time. The manager did call me after I asked to speak with him... but he never got back to me after adding he would once hearing my concerns on my experience. More
